Jackpot split takes place when a player wins a sum of 50,000 or more (EUR, USD, or CAD) from a single game that counts toward their Total Pool profit. In this case, the sum is divided into two parts:
- 50% of the sum goes toward the current month’s Total Pool Profit calculation.
- The other 50% is distributed among the previous month’s pool participants according to their total buy-ins made during that month.
This feature was developed for players so that, during months when the pool experiences a downswing, players would continue playing their usual number of games, knowing there is always a chance to receive compensation if the pool has a downswing month.
The Jackpot Split feature was implemented with the approval and voting support of all SpinHub pool players.
